They are the most professional and friendly reception hall owners we met with. Rosy's was the only place that made sense to us. Our reception was beautiful, everyone loved the atmosphere, and Steve and Darlene made it happen.

I didn't experience any *bumps* that I have read about receptions on this board. Darlene knew exactly what to do and when to do it. She would give me a heads up and everything would fall into place.

We both had the best time at our reception and so did our guests. We will definitely have another party at Rosy's.

I'm not quite sure where to begin  thanking you for the unbelievable job that you both performed for Sarah's wedding reception. Everything at Rosy's was just as we expected, and even more. The hall looked phenomenal and the food was even beyond that.  Everyone felt the flare and ambiance of New Orleans and that was our goal.  Juan's family had a wonderful time and they can't wait to come back to New Orleans!!! They even had a party when they went back to Puerto Rico to show everyone pictures. We appreciated your professionalism and the ease in which you worked with us. Please tell Darlene that we were all so pleased with Susan's reception on Saturday. Everything went so smoothly. People were raving about the food. Susan's dad said several people were talking about planning their own events at Rosy's, so I hope that works out for you. Joe Krown was wonderful; thank you so much for suggesting him. The music was perfect for everyone?s enjoyment. Susan and Russ wanted a sophisticated New Orleans wedding, and that is what they got. I don't know if you have ever seen a happier bride and groom, but I haven't!

Your expertise at managing wedding receptions was evident; you paced the special parts such as cutting the cake, throwing the bouquet, etc, very smoothly and nothing was left out for time reasons. I would be happy to recommend Rosy's to anyone. When people asked me how I found you, I told them that Susan and Russ did and that they made their own arrangements. Congratulations!! We had our wedding & reception there in the Spring of 2005. We can't recommend Rosy's highly enough!!

Steve was an absolute wonder, helping me to ensure every detail was perfect (and I'm a bit particular about the details). The food was terrific - my guests expressed surprise that Rosy's actually provided the food, as the flavors were well above and beyond what they expected from a "function hall." And the staff wrapped up a couple of plates for us at the end of the night.

Service was spectacular. When my husband requested a kind of beer Rosy's didn't usually carry, the bartender walked across the street to the grocery store and picked up a six pack for him - and wouldn't let anyone else have one unless my husband said it was okay!

We picked Rosy's for the atmosphere - not too formal and definitely New Orleans. Ella has been on that stage; so has Stevie Wonder. Based on our experience, I'd say you and your guests will really be able to feel that everything is under control and enjoy yourselves.
